Rodeo Event Liability Form

Rodeo registrations must include entry fees and appropriate waivers. Incomplete registrations will be returned.

All rodeo events will take place at the Ak-Chin Circle Arena, west of the Ak-Chin Multi-tainment Center, located at 16000 North Maricopa Road.

Parking is free. Signage will direct rodeo participants and event traffic
